THE COPS

Formed in late 2003 by songwriter/producer/visionary Simon Carter, and bass player/ keyboardist/quality control officer Beck Darwon, The Cops were birthed in a dingy inner-west basement full of second hand cane furniture, leaking walls and yellowed movie posters. Simon had a bag full of songs and a rampantly eclectic songwriting vision. Beck had that similar vision and the skills to put the whole thing together.
