GRAMMYS 2013: SNUBS AND SURPRISES

Slight Surprise: Taylor Swift’s “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” was nominated for Record of the Year and Song of the Year. Swift was nominated in both categories three years ago with “You Belong With Me.” Swift (who co-hosted the nominations TV show with LL Cool J) probably cares more about receiving a nomination next year for the album, which was released too late for consideration this year. (Jason Aldean’s Night Train was also released too late for consideration this year.)
