Australia's very own Kylie Minogue wasn't always the darling of the international jet set. Back when she was starting out Kylie's image was very much that of the pretty Aussie girl-next-door, like her character Charlene from Neighbours. Once Kylie left Neighbours and struck out as a singer she ditched her slightly plain image and was reinvented as a slick pop sensation. Her career has had many phases but her re-appearance in gold hotpants in 2000's 'Spinning Around' probably marks the high point of Kylie's total transformation.
