2012 BILLBOARD MUSIC AWARDS

From head to toe, singer Miley Cyrus is being anyone but "just bein' Miley" tonight. Cutting her signature long locks and bobbing them in such a way seems appropriate for a singer in her 40s, but certainly not for a 19-year-old pop singer. Moving down to her double-breasted blazer dress with a plunging neckline, the look is just all too ripe for a double-entendre. The singer seems to be making a point of looking pant-less, appearing less prepped for a red carpet stroll than a morning after walk-of-shame. We do like the chic, striped peep-toe heels. So Miley, you at least have those going for you.
