When the Bee Gees moved back to England they found their initial hits with the songs 'New York Mining Disaster 1941,' 'I Started a Joke,' 'Massachusetts,' and 'I've Gotta Get a Message to You.' The band was best known for their three-part vocal harmonies and Robin's falsetto vocals. They were also prolific song writers, writing all of their own material, as well as songs for other stars.
