After all the drama that came with her Beverly Hills house, where she sued the previous owner because she claimed that it was not worth what she paid (due to the house leaking whenever in rained), Rihanna can now rest easy. She ended up selling that house at a loss of almost $2 million, but has gone all out with her new $12 million pad.

Rihanna's spectacular mansion is situated in Pacific Palisades in California and is 11,000 square foot, has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms and twenty parking spaces! It has a huge kitchen, a 14-foot ceiling in the dining room, an outdoor bar and BBQ, a sun-deck and a huge backyard.

The house has a beautiful big swimming pool with jets that shoot water in arches around the sides, the singer tweeted: "I literally wake up every morning at 5:30ish and stare at my pool til the sun comes up! Just waiting! Is this my life."

But will the singer be inviting ex Chris Brown over to stay? The singer seems to be hinting that she is single and tweeted an e-card that said: "Being single sucks. The only thing I get to do anymore is whatever the f--k I want to do." Hmm very interesting considering all her tweets of them together recently...
