According to Vibe.com, the protesters are reportedly trying to stop Brown's November 19 concert from going ahead, and posted the legitimate-looking posters on bus stops, benches and other public areas. Links and phone numbers to Sweden's version of Ticketmaster were also shown on the posters, creating confusion for passers-by.
Promoters behind the show, Spg Live/Stureplansgruppen, have asked people to "distinguish between the artist and the private person that is Chris Brown," also claiming that he was invited to Sweden based on his radio popularity there.
Rumours circulated recently that Rihanna had started dating Brown again after tweets of support and photos of the pair partying together emerged online. Rihanna's appearance this week on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" put that to bed when Ellen asked the "Diamonds" singer if she was dating anyone right now, Rihanna replied "No."
