The late singer’s music label has announced that a new album of songs recorded be the star before her death will be released on December 5.

The 12 track record called ‘Lioness: Hidden Treasures’ is reported to consist of unreleased tracks and re-recordings of several of Amy’s former hits, including a demo version of 'Wake Up Alone,’ and a slow version of ‘Tears Dry On Their Own.’

It will also feature ‘Body and Soul,’ the duet that Amy recorded with Tony Bennett for his album ‘Duets II.’

Other songs on the record include covers of The Shirelles' 'Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow', Donny Hathaway's 'A Song For You' and Ruby & The Romantics' 'Our Day Will Come'.

Amy’s musical partners, DJ Mark Ronson and producer Salaam Remi reportedly spent hours sifting through various recordings and incomplete tracks to produce the record in memory of their friend and professional inspiration.

Island Records said the pair selected songs that they felt “deserved to be heard, a collection of songs that were a fitting testament to Amy the artist and, as importantly, Amy their friend.”

£1 for every album sold will be donated to the Amy Winehouse Foundation, the charity set up by Amy’s father Mitch Winehouse, in her honour.

The tracklisting for 'Amy Winehouse Lioness: Hidden Treasures' is as follows:

'Our Day Will Come'
'Between The Cheats'
'Tears Dry'
'Wake Up Alone'
'Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow'
'Valerie'
'Like Smoke'
'The Girl From Ipanema'
'Halftime'
'Best Friends'
'Body & Soul'
'A Song For You'

Amy's lucky, she won't have to listen to it. Not like the rest of us who will have to put up with it being endlessly promoted by bribed "DJs".

Should've called the album "Amy Winehouse - Songs from a trainwreck". I heard they tried to make her go to rehab, but she o-ver-dosed.

I won't be buying it. It's likely just a release of songs that weren't good enough to make it on her previous records when she was alive. But now that she's dead, her estate is trying to milk her brand for all it's worth.
