While this may sound only too familiar given the recent nude photo scandals of Scarlett Johansson, Vanessa Hudgens and Blake Lively, Taylor's reps are adamant it isn't her.

And this time, we actually believe them.

The website Celeb Jihad recently posted the purported 'leaked' photo of the woman, who - as the site professes – "bears a striking resemblance" to Taylor.

Taylor's lawyers have demanded the image be removed from the site immediately, saying it represents "false pornographic images" and "false news," about the 21-year-old star.

The image shows the woman reclining on a bed with her breasts exposed; a far cry from the 'Speak Now' singer's usually demure image.

In April this year Taylor told London’s The Telegraph that she is against nudity, and doesn't feel the need to wear provocative outfits onstage or in photo shoots, like other stars.

"I like wearing pretty dresses and I like trying out new styles, but I don't feel comfortable taking my clothes off," she told The Telegraph.

"I wouldn't wear tiny amounts of clothing in my real life, so I don't think it's necessary to wear that stuff in photo shoots," she said.

She went on to say that stylists no longer encourage her to dress provocatively as they are aware that she is not comfortable with it.
