It's time to declare a state of emergency. After scooping the pool at the recent Jack Awards, taking out four gongs including Best Band and Best Male Artist, The Living End now take to the road for a huge national tour. They've appeared on Rove Live more than any other band, and they hold the record for the most consecutive entries in Triple J's Hottest 100 - every year since 1997!
It hardly seems like more than a decade ago that a Melbourne rockabilly covers band called the Runaway Boys wrote a bunch of original tunes and changed their name to The Living End. They're now hometown superstars with a huge swag of multi-platinum albums to their name. Not bad for a bunch of punks!
Watch the boys in their brand new video, 'Nothing Lasts Forever.'
