Sexy star Christina Aguilera has made a pop at her rivals Britney Spears and Eminem, by saying she would never play a singer in a movie.

Christina is planning her Hollywood career very carefully and is adamant she won't make a film too similar to her own life, like Spears' flop 'Crossroads', Eminem's semi-autobiographical '8 Mile' or Mariah Carey's 'Glitter'. Aguilera says, "Not any old movie. I'm waiting for the right role with a certain level of quality. "I have to be patient. I'm in this for the marathon, not the 50-yard race. So many singers make movies where they play singers. I want something different." (wenn)
